HOTEL RATES

WINTER 2012-2013

Opening : Friday 30th November 2012
High season: from 20th December 2012 to 6th January 2013 included, and from 7th February 2013 to 17th March 2013 included.
And every weekend (Thrusday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

SUMMER 2013 High Season : from Friday July 5^th until Sunday September 1^st, both inclusive.Fridays and Saturdays

Our rates are given all tax included, per room, for a double occupancy.

During winter school holidays, reservation for a weekly stay only. Otherwise: on request.
During weekends (depending on season: Thursday to Sunday night included or Friday to Saturday night included), minimum stay of 3 nights, otherwise on request.

Annual closure (Hotel and restaurant) : From 7th October 2012 after lunch to Thursday 29th November 2012.

Our Gourmet Restaurant is open daily. On Mondays at lunchtime a selected menu is available, and on mondays evening local specialities are available (subject to reservation).

Buffet breakfast : 23 €/pers.
Breakfast for children between 4 and 10 years old : 12€ 
Breakfast for children under 4 years old: Free
Breakfast served in bedroom : 35 €/pers.

Our Half-Board formula includes buffet breakfast and one meal – lunch or dinner with a menu selected by our Chef, drinks excluded. On the condition of a minimum stay of three days and an extra cost of 70 euros per person and per day on top of the price of the room.
Half-board for children: price depending on age, contact us.

Extra person: 30€ per day. Children up to 10 years stay free of charge in the parent’s room.
Baby cot: Free of charge
All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, telephone, hairdryer, jacuzzi bath, DVD player on request. All the beds can be separated into twin beds.
Free unlimited Internet access for all hotel residents.

Local tax (1.5€ per person over 13 years old, per day) is to be paid in addition to the hotel costs. This tax could be subjet to modifications.

Free parking (open-air)

Time of Arrival
We guarantee the availability of your room from 4pm. Please inform us in the event of later arrival (after 7pm).

Time of departure
Rooms must, in all circumstances, be vacated by 10:30am.

Rates
Service and VAT are included in the rates quoted.
Local tax of €1.5 / day / adult is charged in addition. This tax is subject to change.

Quotes
Under no circumstances may a quote be used as confirmation of reservation. The nature of the stay and availability will be reconfirmed when a firm booking is made. For a reservation to be confirmed as firm, a deposit must be paid.

Deposit
For all firm reservations, we require an immediate deposit of a sum amounting to 30% of the total price. For a reservation of three or more rooms, we require a deposit of 50% of the total price. For a reservation of 5 rooms or more, the total payment for the room will be requested 30 days in advance.
A deposit paid to guarantee a reservation is forfeited by the guest to the hotel in accordance with the provisions of article 1590 of the Civil Code, in the event of cancellation of or a reduction in the length of the stay. The deposit will be subtracted from the total invoice at the end of the stay if all terms and conditions have been fulfilled by the guest.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be returned minus any bank charges incurred by the Hotel Les Servages d’Armelle. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained in its entirety by the hotel.
We recommend that you take out ad hoc insurance.

Early departure
In the event of any early departure and if the room is not re-let, you will be charged for the total cost of the stay.

Cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance.
